Up for auction a 1979 rust free black on tan TRANS AM number match Pontiac 6.6 liter engine, 350 TURBO tranny, WS6-4 wheel disc brakes, T-TOP, DELUXE INTERIOR, THE BEST COMBINATION YOU WANT TO HAVE ON A 1979 TRANS AM
The car went through our standard high quality frame on restoration, the rust free body was disassemble to get it ready for paint, all the body components were taken off the car from hood, trunk lid, doors, rear lights, side markers, door handles, door locks, moldings, spoilers, flares, weather stripping, the car had a high quality base coat clear coat paint job, all pieces were painted separately than placed on the car. new door lock & door handle gaskets, new flares moldings, SE decals were installed by a professional. The results are as you see an awesome looking car that you can take a lot of pride driving anywhere.
The engine runs and performs excellent, stock exhaust, starts right up and goes through RPM with ease, also It shifts through all gears with ease . It has the WS6 performance handling package with 4 wheel disc brakes, bigger sway bars and close ratio gear box. This is a great car that was maintained and we did a great job restoring it. All gauges work properly, AC blows cold.
Interior is great, original interior still in very good shape, original dash, new carpet, new head liner, original door panels, we didn’t have to do much on the original interior because it was in a great shape.
All the undercarriage has been detailed and under the hood, this a frame on restoration that is the closest to a frame off without the cost of a frame off, these cars are build to be driven and enjoyed, we encourage that you come and inspect the car in person and you are welcome to ask any questions or concerns on the car.
